For a set monthly fee, you gain full access to our dedicated team of professional and qualified IT support engineers, ensuring all your IT needs are covered. Our support package allows you to select the right SLA (Service Level Agreement) for your business, providing a fixed monthly cost for your IT overheads and greater control over expenditure.

Clients can use these units for on-site, remote and telephone support, training, or e-mail support. Any on-site visit will use a minimum of eight units for the first hour and four units per hour thereafter.
